30+ years of experience...
Multiple career reinventions, and a passion for cutting through the fluff – that’s what I bring to coaching. I’ve worked in high-street retail leadership at Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Burton Group, and Arcadia, shaping brands and strategies. But life threw a curveball, and I had to rebuild, rethink and reinvent. Now, I help others to do the same.
I don’t do hand-holding or false promises. I believe in direct, practical coaching that pushes you forward while keeping things fun, exciting, and real.

I’m not your typical coach – I won’t tell you what you want to hear, and I won’t give you a one-size-fits-all plan. A personal strategist helps you build from the inside out – starting with your narrative, your strengths, and your purpose. Together, we will shape a clear, aligned path forward. With this foundation, you lead with intention, focus your energy, and move toward your vision with confidence.
My focus is your potential – to win at business and in life and to achieve your goals. What I will do is listen deeply, challenge your thinking, and cut through the noise to help you move forward with clarity. Working together, I will facilitate discussions to gain critical insights into your personal working style, uncovering what works well and what does not serve you.
